This past week Jason and I have decided to buckle down and get this feature we want to write underway. We, along with Walker, met up tuesday night and broke down the first act scene by scene. It's looking pretty solid, and we have a good breakdown for the rest of the film, though no scene list yet.

We are hoping to shoot this feature next fall, and for that reason have decided to make a trip out to eastern/central Oregon the first weekend in October. We're going to drive through the Maupin area, down through bend to Christmas Valley to check out Crack-in-the-Ground and Fort Rock for location ideas. We may make it all they way down to the Alvord Desert and Steens Mt. area. If you have any experience in these areas and can think of some sweet places for us to check out, give us a shot. We're looking for any kind of striking landscape for traveling shots, as well as desert type places. We'd definitely appreciate it!
