FACT: This summer is going to be awesome. Busy and awesome. We're about to run headlong into May, and our calendar's booking up fast
If Quarter Orange's schedule were to manifest itself physically, it would be one of those bound, 4x7" personal agendas, but bursting at the seams with sticky notes, folded scraps of paper covered in dates and reminders, various business cards, and held together only by a fat rubber band.
In spite of this, I'll keep the personal update brief. Here's what we've got going on so far this summer:
Evidence of the Sasquatch! We're but two short weeks from principle photography on our first feature! We've had several great rehearsals, our schedule's lined up, and Sasquatch is getting hairier every day. More on that soon!
Yeyo Tequila! Yeyo's back! And this time he's aged and matured. That's right, following in the footsteps of Yeyo's extremely well-received Silver Tequila comes Anejo. As with the Silver, Anejo promises to be an absolutely fantastic tequila. Quarter Orange will produce three more films for the release of Anejo. Check out yeyotequila.com for the latest!
Stand For Children! QO will be producing a short documentary series for Stand For Children, a fantastic grassroots child advocacy organization. We'll keep you posted as we begin development.
Vikings! Thus far we've completed two Episodes in our "Fall of..." series: Fall of the Incan Empire and Fall of the Xin Dynasty. Coming soon: Fall of the Vikings. I don't want to give away too much, lets just say its not going to be pretty.
This picture isn't referring to anything we're working on, its just Nic Cage as Sergei Eisenstein. For a good time, check out the Nic Cage As Everyone blog.
